With a little assistance from David Bosch, you too can cut those luscious, vine-ripened Farmer's Market tomatoes into perfect slices. If you make his truck your first stop, you can do your shopping and typically come back in twenty minutes to perfectly sharpened cutlery. Most of his on-site work consists of knives, (including serrated and bread knives), but he can and will sharpen just about anything that takes an edge including scissors, paper cutters, food processing blades and garden tools.

Dave also will come to your home, sharpen and completely service your lawnmower engines. All work guaranteed.

Dave's initial interest in sharpening was "whetted" in childhood by his Uncle Paul, a blacksmith in San Rafael. When David retired several years ago from 28 years with United Parcel Service, he fully equipped his mobile knife sharpening truck with a grinder specifically made for sharpening knives plus half a dozen other wheels for deburring and polishing. All Dave's work is 100% guaranteed.

In addition to sharpening services, Dave also sells knives and scissors. He sells the complete lines of Wustof-Trident, Messermeister, Global and Forschener and is one of the only three Northern California distributors for Icel Cutlery imported from Portugal. If he does not have it on hand, he will order it for you.

Dave will come to your home, office, restaurant, catering service, school or other location to sharpen your knives and other food preparation equipment.
